2. Estimates and Pricing
Estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for the period stated on the estimate. Pricing is based on the conditions observed at the time of inspection. If concealed conditions such as rotted decking or hidden water damage are discovered once work begins, we will notify you and provide pricing for any additional work before proceeding.
3. Scheduling and Weather
Exterior work depends on weather conditions. We may reschedule work when conditions are unsafe or would compromise the quality of the installation. We will communicate schedule changes as early as possible.
4. Payment
Payment terms are stated in your written contract. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the balance is due upon completion of the work. Late payments may be subject to fees as permitted by Massachusetts law.
5. Warranties
Workmanship warranty terms are stated in your project contract. Manufacturer material warranties are provided by the material manufacturer and are subject to their terms and registration requirements. Warranties do not cover damage caused by storms, impact, structural movement, unauthorized alterations or lack of maintenance.
6. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide reasonable access to the property, to move or protect vehicles and personal property in the work area, and to inform us of any known conditions that could affect the work such as prior leaks, structural concerns or utility locations.
